Some reflections and a methodological proposal for the realization of doctoral dissertation workshops

Abstract

The article approaches a problem related with the doctoral formation, the thesis shops, the same one is expression of the project Administration of professional capacities for the doctoral preparation and postdoctoral in the University of Guantánamo. Their objective, to offer some methodological recommendations to the coordinators of thesis shops about their essential peculiarities, the quality of the orientations and observations that are carried out to rise. Among the applied methods they were: analysis-synthesis and induction-deduction, participant observation, analysis of the product of the activity and the interview. The proposal improves the orientation work to the applicant to doctor for the coordinators and other participant members.
