Abstract

The team address is a topic of a lot of investigative recurrencia, however at the present time a differentiated attention is paid and of priority for the importance of the same one to reach competitive results. When applying a diagnosis in the team of first category of Guantánamo it is verified practical inadequacies in the process of team address; as well as lacks from the theoretical thing to establish roads and procedures for the taking of guessed right decisions. For what intends as objective in this study: to elaborate a methodology for the taking of decisions in the team of Baseball. The modelation and the structural-functional systemic method allowed to structure the methodology. Also the approach of experts and the pre-experiment allowed to find significant differences, it was demonstrated the relevancy and feasibility.
