This new edition of the EduSol journal presents the results of research carried out by academics from the University of Guantánamo. One of them is related to the proposal of contents for the subject program "Work in multigrade" for initial training. Another article deals with the theoretical foundations of the non-formal educational dimension of local development, from the viewpoint of Sociological Sciences.

It also systematizes the historical evolution of Preschool Education in Guantánamo in one of the works of the territory, while a fourth article explains the integration of Universal History contents for the development of Moral and Citizenship Education in basic secondary education

The rest of the articles discuss problem solving in higher mathematics with an agroecological approach as a necessary professional practice, the management of the teaching-learning process in the context of the relationships established between society, technology, science and the environment, as well as the diagnosis of the current state of the teaching-learning process and the professional performance of natural science teachers, through the use of technological mediators as tools in the implementation of integrative seminars to improve the quality of the process with an interdisciplinary and integrative approach.

A contribution from Peru referring to the correlation between vocational self-knowledge and life project in students of a high school in Ica and one from Chile related to policies and ministerial orientations directed to migrant schoolchildren, after the COVID-19 pandemic, are also presented, which will contribute to expand the knowledge about these interesting aspects.
