This last issue of the year 2020 of EduSol magazine publishes two articles where researchers from Mexico and the Dominican Republic share their experiences on important topics such as: teacher preparation in the acquisition of competencies for learning and didactics in in-service teacher training.
Topics of impact on current educational issues such as the labor insertion of undergraduate students in education for the specialty of Construction, participatory techniques to motivate classes of Arts Appreciation, distance education at the Agrarian University of Havana, the environmental dimension in the training of humanities professionals, metacognition for the learning of Natural Sciences at the primary level and the playful activity in Mathematics classes for basic secondary education, are examined by researchers from different Cuban institutions.

Research results about organizational culture in the improvement of the management process of higher education institutions and the strengthening of resilience in students with disabilities in the face of natural disasters from the Natural Sciences, are addressed by authors from the University of Guantánamo.

The essay: The direction of the institutionalized educational process: notes for a conceptualization offers assessments to be taken into account for a better development of academic and research processes.
