The editorial team of EduSol Journal presents to readers, authors and all those interested the last issue corresponding to the year 2024.

It is a special edition dedicated to the dissemination of scientific results presented by both local authors and other provinces of the country in various events held at the University of Guantánamo this year.

Among the main topics addressed were: environmental education, the use of technology in the teaching-learning process, continuing education of professionals and the communication process.

Research related to the pedagogical work of local institutions is also presented, addressing topics such as learning assessment, English language teaching, among others.

An interesting review of a work by a foreign researcher is made available to the authors.

We hope that the works presented constitute an incentive for new research works and their interest in the field of pedagogy.

The issue 89 of EduSol Journal is now available. This current issue includes research related to the pedagogical work of different institutions. An interesting work which deals with the preparation of the director of an educational institution and its impact on the management of local development by a group of authors from the central province of Ciego de Avila.

Other authors propose an educational strategy of extensionist dimension for the student formation of the Pre-school Education career that reveals the singularity in its integration with the formative objectives of the professional's model.

This issue also includes contributions of authors from different universities in Ecuador who bring us closer to interesting proposals from that country.

From the inquiries carried out, one of the researches approaches us to the history of the permanent training of the directors of pedagogical schools in Cuba and their management.

A work proposes a methodology for the development of this skill in the future professional of the primary education level while another one approaches the active methodologies in the training of university professors of the Pedagogy faculty.

Two articles related to Physical Culture and Sport deal with the interesting subject of professional improvement for archery teachers and the technical preparation of suspension shooting for basketball players in training.

The training of the Middle Technician in the Agricultural Polytechnic Institutes in the specialty of Mountain Agronomy is the subject of another of the articles of this edition and proposes several agricultural manual activities to raise the quality of the teaching-learning process as a consequence of the Third Educational Improvement in Cuba.

This issue closes with two essays that analyze the factors affecting the employment of hotel and tourism graduates in Santiago de los Caballeros and the development of scientific thought in Cuban history.

We conclude this editorial note by anticipating that the last issue of the year will be a special issue, which is already being edited with relevant topics in the pedagogical work both nationally and internationally.

The education of talent from the family context is discussed in another of the works in this issue.

Another research proposes methodological recommendations for the treatment of Fernando Martinez Heredia's work in the History of Cuba.

Two studies are presented from Peru. One of them deals with the relationship between social skills and healthy sexuality in adolescents in an educational institution in that country. The other deals with the factors affecting the academic performance of university students in that country.

A Cuban-Honduran contribution investigates the links between community prevention groups and the Morazán Chairs, to contribute to the integral formation of children, adolescents and young people.

From Chile, two works related to early education are proposed. One of them provides a set of educational actions supported by education laws as part of the challenges of inclusive education in Latin America from early education. The other one analyzes pedagogical practices at this educational level.

The topic of gender violence is analyzed in another article, specifically in the analysis of the relationship that the development of conceptions about it has had on the training in Psychology in Cuba.

Authors from the University of Oriente, in Santiago de Cuba reveal the impact of the human capital formation strategy in the Industrial Biotechnology Center on the accreditation processes of the Faculty of Natural and Exact Sciences.

Also from this house of high studies, it is proposed to develop a system of actions to strengthen the process of family orientation for the pedagogical vocational training in Basic Secondary Education and to provoke a social impact in the formative context, with a proactive and multi-intentional dynamics.

This new edition of the EduSol journal presents the results of research carried out by academics from the University of Guantánamo. One of them is related to the proposal of contents for the subject program "Work in multigrade" for initial training. The rest of the articles discuss problem solving in higher mathematics with an agroecological approach as a necessary professional practice, the management of the teaching-learning process in the context of the relationships established between society, technology, science and the environment, as well as the diagnosis of the current state of the teaching-learning process and the professional performance of natural science teachers, through the use of technological mediators as tools in the implementation of integrative seminars to improve the quality of the process with an interdisciplinary and integrative approach.

A contribution from Peru referring to the correlation between vocational self-knowledge and life project in students of a high school in Ica and one from Chile related to policies and ministerial orientations directed to migrant schoolchildren, after the COVID-19 pandemic, are also presented, which will contribute to expand the knowledge about these interesting aspects.

Among other relevant works, it includes the main scientific results derived from the International Cuba-Spain Event: Vestiges of an Empire 500 years later, which took place at the University of Guantánamo between June 7 and 9 of the current year 2023.

The main objective of the event was to systematize the best experiences and research results related to this topic with an important representation of national and foreign authors belonging to several institutions.

Among the main topics addressed were: Didactics of Educational Sciences. Current challenges in the study of Hispanic American roots, environmental education, environmental challenges in America, community work. This last regular issue of EduSol Magazine for the year 2023 stands out for the diversity of its topics, which address different aspects of education in several countries of the Latin American region such as Peru, Chile, Ecuador and Cuba.

One of them is related to the teaching categorization of professionals working in the referred institution of higher education in Cuba and two others propose alternatives to improve the work with human resources.

El presente número, correspondiente al tercer trimestre del año 2023, cuenta con un trabajo referido al itinerario didáctico para la formación de profesores de Geografía cuyo modelo es propuesto por autores de la Universidad Central de Las Villas “Martha Abreu”.

La Primera Infancia vuelve a ser objeto de estudio por varios investigadores quienes tratan en sus trabajos diversos temas tales como la transición educativa de preescolar a primer grado, específicamente en el contexto rural., el tratamiento a la motricidad fina a los niños y niñas pertenecientes al mismo a partir de las relaciones interdimensionales y las premisas para la formación de actitudes ambientales en este nivel educativo.

Por otro lado se pone a consideración de todos los usuarios una propuesta de acciones para la historia local en la escuela multigrado apoyándose en la elaboración de situaciones de aprendizaje con un carácter integrador.
