Capacity building in heritage management of the Stone Zoo for the development of Manuel Tames

Abstract
ABSTRACT: The objective of the work is the development of an action plan aimed at training capacities in heritage management of the Stone Zoo in the municipality of Manuel Tames. The study used document analysis, structured external observation, and semi-structured interviews with 44 prioritized actors in the period 2019-2023. The state of the interactional alliances is visualized based on the contradictions existing in the context, despite their potentialities for sociocultural tourism.
