Environmental Education in mentally retarded scholars: an educative need in thecommunity contexts

Abstract
Some aspects related to Environmental Education in the community agents in charge of
the personality development of mentally retarded scholars are presented in this paper. The
actions are aimed at organizing, planning and assess procedures that allow us to train the
communities of mentally retarded scholars to get interested in the environment protection,
taking into consideration their psycho- pedagogical characteristics.
