Predominant learning style in the second year students of ForestallEngineering in the University of Guantanamo

Abstract

The article departs from the Kolb Model on learning styles and uses the Honey-
Alonso questionnaire to identify the style that predominates in the second year
students of Forestall Engineering in the University of Guantanamo, Cuba. In the
analysis of the primary data techniques of descriptive and inferential statistics
were used, as well as the groups of programs of compute SPSS, version 21The statistical work done revealed a tendency towards to the predomination of
the reflective, theoretical and pragmatic styles among the group of students
studied
