Management model to measure the cultural improvement of the undergraduate military deferment

Abstract

The process of cultural improvement of the deferred of the Revolutionary Armed Forces in Cuba is carried out by the Municipal University Center in military units. The main objective of this study is to know the impact achieved in the management of this process in the undergraduate training, using the systemic-structural-functional method. The results obtained show the feasibility and efficiency of this process in undergraduate education.
