Abstract

The study focuses on evaluating the current state of technical preparation for suspension shooting among basketball players aged 11-12 in the pioneer category in the municipality of Guantánamo. It aims to address identified deficiencies in this technique by presenting a methodology for its development. Various research methods and techniques were employed, including theoretical-methodological analysis and observation of training sessions and games. The results revealed significant shortcomings in shooting technique in this player category, emphasizing the need for implementing a specific methodology for improvement.
