Strategy of professional upgrade for the archery professors of the province Camagüey

Abstract

The present investigation the same starts on an empiric and theoretical analysis linking these with the components of the preparation of the archery, what allows to diagnose the current state of the problem, the approach of specialists is used, and the professional acting that allowed us to arrive to conclusions. The importance resides in the potentialities that can be achieved in the interrelation process for the development of the professors. The strategy is structured by five stages: diagnosis, planning in the organizational ways of upgrade, execution, evaluation and control, as well as a group of actions that guarantee it operability in the practice.
