Occupational risks that affect the university professor in Ecuador. Practical suggestions for occupational well-being

Abstract
One of the difficulties that affects the occupational health of university teachers in Ecuador are occupational risks. The objective has been to analyze occupational risks with the aim of strengthening occupational well-being from a comprehensive perspective. We classify occupational risks as ergonomic, psychosocial, and organizational for decision making. We suggest policies for risk prevention, creating an adequate work environment that reflects quality training work. Theoretical and empirical methods of the mixed research approach were used, with a factual approach carried out by teachers from the State Technical University of Quevedo, Ecuador.
