The preparation of the director of the educational institution. Impacts on the management of local development

Abstract

The director of the educational institution must have solid knowledge of all subjects, which include local development management. The objective of this article focuses its attention on: arguing the impacts on the preparation of the director of the educational institutions of the Venezuela municipality in the management of local development. The impacts obtained expressed the effectiveness and relevance of the preparation actions carried out by significantly quantitatively and qualitatively raising the knowledge, skills and attitudes to direct the educational institution in the management of local development from the educational perspective.
