Analysis of early education pedagogical practices based on quality management

Abstract

The article connotes the study of quality management practices of Initial Education, as a current problem at the regional level and in Chile. The objective was to: analyze the coherence of pedagogical practices with the Quality Management Model for Initial Education in Kindergartens of La Araucanía (Chile). A Participatory-Action-Research design was built, which generated cycles of reflections based on a diagnosis that enhances continuous improvement. Hence, the action based on support and its implementation for the development of evaluation and feedback as key inputs for decision making.
