Educational management and family guidance for vocational pedagogical training in basic secondary school

Abstract

Tempered to the needs that social transformations impose and that required professionals better prepared for vocation, this article aims to develop a system of actions to enhance the process of family guidance for pedagogical vocational training in Basic Secondary and provoke a social impact in the training context with a proactive and multi-intentional dynamic. Methods such as document review,surveys,interviews.analysis and synthesis ,descriptive statistics,among others were used. The implementation of the propousal guarantees changes based on training management and favours the pedagogical continuity of the territory.
