Training of human resources at the Industrial Biotecnology Center. Impact on accreditation processes
Main Article Content
Abstract
In accreditation processes, the human resource variable has indicators that define the evaluation of degree programmes, academic programmes and institutions. The paper explains the impact of the human capital formation strategy in the Centre for Industrial Biotechnology on the accreditation processes of the Faculty of Natural and Exact Sciences. The hermeneutic, analytical-synthetic and inductive-deductive method was used in the analysis and processing of the information. Relevance and impact indicators are the main contributions to the accreditation processes. The training strategy has strengthened the faculty's degree and master's degree courses.
