Theoretical references for the organizational communication process management in Junior High Schools

Abstract

The work provides a systematization of theoretical-methodological references for the management process of organizational communication in basic secondary schools. The main concepts and categories are addressed (process, management, communication, organization, organizational communication, organizational management and organizational communication management). It is relevant and topical because it contributes to making up for the limited preparation that the managers of the process have at this educational level. It also responds to the policies outlined by the Communist Party of Cuba, the Economic and Social Policy Guidelines and the Third Continuous Improvement of the General Education System in Cuba.
