Binomial relationship between local development and the farmers´ family

Abstract
In the current context of Cuban society, to face the different policies implemented, it is pertinent to approach rural families through their potential for local development. Based on this, the role of the farmers’ family in local development is analyzed in this essay, and some fundamental limitations and opportunities are discussed.
