Strategy for the technical-methodological preparation of kindergarten teachers in music education

Abstract

The pedagogical practice, the teaching means and the experience reached by the author of this article as a music educator indicate that there are insufficiencies in the direction of music education in kindergarten. This paper has as objective to propose a strategy, designed in four moments, for the preparation of the teaching staff of kindergarten in technical-methodological aspects that contributes to enhance the quality of the management of the educational process in music education.
