Case study: application of Prezi

Abstract

The Information and Knowledge Technologies (TIC) have revolutionized the educational processes, but still some teachers are still deficient in their employment, taking advantage of the potential they offer, in particular the Prezi application for meaningful learning. In this sense, a descriptive research was carried out at the National College "Machala" to characterize the employment situation of this software in the teaching-learning process of the eighth year. Surveys and interviews were conducted with teachers and students. It was concluded that there are subjective and objective limitations that interfere in the proper use of this didactic platform.
