Educational management for the study of the historical-pedagogical process of the primary teacher's undergraduate training

Abstract

This article addresses the need for educational management of the knowledge of the historical-pedagogical evolution of the undergraduate training of primary teachers in Santiago de Cuba, in the development of identity, the culture of the profession, strengthening motivation and professional pedagogical reaffirmation. The objective is to systematize the epistemological references that support educational management, from a conceptual theoretical system of systematization of the historical-pedagogical process of the undergraduate training of the primary teacher of Santiago de Cuba (1959-2019), as an essential part for the enrichment of Educational Sciences. Everything that favors the analysis of the procedure for the understanding, ordering and reconstruction of this new knowledge.
