Educational value and preservation of historical memory in the documentary of Santiago Álvarez

Abstract

The study of the educational value and the preservation of historical memory in the documentary of Santiago Álvarez has as a particularity in this article, the methodological support of the theoretical postulates of Audiovisual and Heritage Education, by assuming the qualitative perspective of scientific research. and the use of hermeneutical, ethnographic, analysis and synthesis methods, with the aim of analyzing the educational and historical discourse contained in the appreciation of the cinematographic text, based on the testimonial, authentic, identity, exceptional, social, ideological, political, of use and their intertextual relations.
