Community resilience in disaster risk reduction with Peruvian neighbourhood leaders

Abstract

The article characterizes the existent resilience in two urban marginal communities conformed by poor and vulnerable populations, in order to recognize the potential resources for the reduction of the risk of disasters in the leaders and lideresas of the social organizations of the neighborhoods The Independiente and Santa Isabel at The Agustino's district. Investigation is qualitative, based in strategy metodológica Communicative Investigation Acción. You met than, in the context of crisis in times of COVID 19, a dynamics of construction of knowledges that they contributed to the development of the social capabilities of autonomy, collective self-esteem, autogestion, creative and solidary answer was generated.
