Evaluation of the professionalization of the primary teacher in the attention to the diversity of students

Abstract

The objective of this article is to expose the results of the evaluation of the professionalization of the primary teacher as a variable for the professional and human formation in the attention to the diversity of students present in their classroom; It is particularized in permanent training as a need to improve professional pedagogical performance. The studies presented are the result of a doctoral thesis in process, the results obtained from the analysis, synthesis, bibliographic studies, interviews and surveys offer the possibility and opportunities for the transformation in the short, medium and long term of the professional practice of the primary teacher.
