The socioeducational laboratory: a strategic way of organizing doctoral training in Guantanamo

Abstract

A way of strategic organization of the doctoral training is offered through a research practice scenario, the
Socio-Educational Laboratory, located in the different fragile ecosystems (city, rural, mountain and coastal) in the
province. The methods of document analysis, participant observation, product analysis of the activity and expert criteria
are used. The requirements of the 2030 Agenda are considered; those of the National Education System and scientific
policies. It is concluded that the doctoral training becomes a prioritized strategic task and education is interconnected to
the other areas that denote sustainable and sustainable local development of Guantanamo.
