Elements that constitute a proposal for the elaboration of the Local Development strategy 2030

Abstract
At present, the process leading to local development, a competitive territorial strategy based on the full
utilization of the endogenous utility potential, with the adequate insertion of impulses and exogenous strategic resources
reaches a great dimension. With the systematization of the aforementioned contents we realize that the process of
formation and / or training of territorial actors in these issues is a priority for the municipality, knowing that food
production is the main goal. Several methods are used for the collection of information as well as the use of regional
analysis techniques for the preparation of the Territorial Strategic Diagnosis.
