Preparation of the university pedagogical staff in the management of local development in the training process

Abstract

The research addresses the problem related to the shortcomings presented by university professors to
address from the curriculum the content related to local development in the professional training process, so it is
proposed as an objective the development of a methodological strategy for Local development training. The methods of
interviews, observation, document analysis and arithmetic mean are applied. It is considered that the methodological
and general organization actions that are presented contribute to the preparation of the cloister and in fact to that of the
students.
