Artistic culture and its impact on local development

Abstract
Education has the social task of training men and women who appropriate the advances of the Scientific-
Technical Revolution, bearers of ethical and aesthetic values, an issue that revitalizes the processes of social
transformation, through which the transmission and appropriation of the culture. The work presented is a pedagogical
experience through workshops of artistic culture as a novel way for the development of subjects with behavioral
disorders. Its objective is to socialize good contextualized and experiential educational practices with educational,
creative, cultural and axiological value from the school
