Pedagogical model of the dynamics of professional overcoming for the management of the rural local development

Abstract

The present work aims to socialize a pedagogical model of the dynamics of professional improvement for
the management of the rural local development of the Professor of Agriculture of the Mountain Polytechnic
Agricultural Institutes. Theoretical methods were used for the foundation of the proposal and the modelin g in its
construction. In its systemic structure, each of the components of the subsystems and their relationships were
determined, in order to establish the relevance of the proposed model to achieve the improvement of the teacher's
performance in its link with the rural community.
