The environmental education from communication. Case study The Ceiba.

Abstract

In the popular council “La Ceiba” in the Palma Soriano municipality, urban risks are visible, associated
with environmental deterioration and therefore with the community's quality way of living. Reality that is reversed with
the implementation of a personalized, dynamic and objective communicative strategy directed towards the interior of
the communication process with the objective of transforming the environment. Methodological triangulation,
theoretical and empirical level methods are applied. Adequate conditions are achieved in the most vulnerable places and
the rates of disaster risks in the community decrease
