Training in innovation management from the undergraduate level of the University of Granma

Abstract

Training in innovation management from undergraduate is a necessity for today's society. Therefore, it is a priority for Cuban universities that university students incorporate skills that allow a relevant and transformative professional performance in the existing labor context once they graduate. Faced with such a challenge that emanates from the functions of the university as an actor of the Government Management System Based on Science and Innovation, a methodological proposal is made for training in innovation management from undergraduate at the University of Granma. The fundamental results of the research are the diagnosis of the current state and the methodological proposal aimed at resolving the detected shortcomings.
