Relationship between the way of learning a foreign language and the results

Abstract

This paper comprises a literature review regarding the relationship between the way that students approach the learning of a foreign language, and their outcomes. It allowed confirming that students’ attitudes are widely analyzed from diverse perspectives, but still with profound gaps to be filled. The researchers arrived to the assumption that students’ attitudes towards foreign language learning is not a closed issue and that is a need to pay attention to it, while developing the curriculum, and not only to the students’ attitudes, but also to the teacher’s.
