Training actions in preparation for employment: labor-university linkage

Abstract

In order to legitimize the professional training process in the stage of preparation for employment, the successes and irregularities are followed up, according to the difficulties in linking higher education institutions-entities. How to take advantage of the university-employer labor entity link, in the stage of preparation for employment? Training actions are proposed for the best use of the link between higher education institutions and labor entities. The analytic-synthetic and generalization method is applied, together with induction-deduction. The efficient operation of the professional training process depends on the observance and compliance with what is legally decreed.
