Curriculum planning and learning achievements in adult students in non-school programs.

Abstract

The educational process needs forecasting, realization and control of the process of implementation and curricular development. The objective is to present a curricular planning model, based on competency-based teaching-learning for adult students from non-school programs in Peru. It is a documentary research, of a descriptive nature and that entailed a bibliographical review. The study was framed in the strategies, resources and pedagogical innovations of education. The results obtained point to the need to design a curricular, experiential and flexible planning model under competency-based teaching-learning, with innovative methodological strategies that facilitate the updating of facilitators.
