Strategic planning in university institutions: a literature review.

Abstract

The objective is focused on knowing through a systematic review of literature about strategic planning in educational institutions of higher education. It is found that strategic planning is related to the process of training students and administrative processes, it is established that the deficiency in practical knowledge in strategic management currently evidenced by university professionals can be overcome through preparation processes. In order to locate the documents, a bibliographic review was carried out. The results obtained detail that this is slightly deficient with the real context they face in higher institutions.
