You encounter the result of a study that you aimed at in the article: Characterizing the historic evolution of the step of the process of permanent formation of educational institutions directors of the babyhood in Cuba. You took like reference your revolutionary stage (1959 to the present time). For characterization, they had in account the following indicators: a) facts that favor the process of permanent formation, b) objectives and contentses of the permanent formation, c) the organizational forms, and d) the conception of the step of the permanent formation
