Extension process in rural communities mediated by Information and Communication Technologies

Abstract

The insufficient use of the possibilities offered by Information and Communication Technologies in terms of information management and communication in the process of university extension in rural communities is valued, which undermines the necessary dialogue that must be established between actors. university and local The main purpose of the article is to present a set of methodological guidelines, aimed at perfecting the referred process from the use of said technologies with a meaning and sense of transformation and in whose elaboration the functional structural systemic method was used.
