Impact of the training of the staff of the of the provincial prosecutor's office of Villa Clara

Abstract

The profound changes that are currently taking place are forcing organisations to rethink and reconsider the training of their cadres, including the Cuban Attorney General's Office. The objective is to show a methodology for measuring the impact of this on them, in the fulfilment of their functions. The research uses scientific methods to collect the necessary information. The application of the proposal favoured the development of the professional skills of the staff of the Public Prosecutor's Office in the daily exercise of their duties as faithful guardians of the legality of the Nation.
