The article shows a road for the educational orientation at the pedagogic schools. Proposing participatory techniques of educational orientation to favor the pedagogic schools' personal growth of the primary teacher in initial formation, constitute your objective. The participatory techniques of educational orientation, they lead to a change as from the elevation of the professional pedagogic motivation, professional future aspirations, needs of professional autorealization, in the auto-approval, self-appraisal, self-esteem, approval of the other ones, communication with the other ones,
attitudes in front of the assigned tasks and mobilization of resources to attain personal goals, in token of a personal growth.
