Training of culture in industrial property in university graduates. Roads for their treatment

Abstract

The research problem: how to meet the need for training in industrial property culture for professionals in technology careers? It is proposed in order to offer ways to satisfy this need, based on experience with professionals in technology careers from the Universidad de Oriente. This is an eminently qualitative study, with the application of various methods (analysis-synthesis, induction-deduction, observation, life experience and document review), the result of which is a system of postulates that argue the need and importance of culture in industrial property in continuous
training.
