Abstract

Higher education the Cuban demands of competent professionals, preparations to confront the scientific advances, the technique and the innovation and it requires of the command of the English language. In this sense, the elaboration of teaching tasks is intended to propitiate the development of the telling competition of the English language to a B1, in the students of the race, to the intermediate equivalent level Minas's
Engineering, of Moa's University, according to the standards of Referencia's Common European Frame for the Tongues. For the development of the study, they utilized various methods such like: Analysis synthesis, interviews, opinion polls, instruments standardized of evaluation and the pedagogic observation.
