Information and Communication Technologies in the University Extension Process

Abstract

It starts from assessing the low level of use of the possibilities offered by Information and Communication Technologies in the university extension process, regarding the development of extension activities, information management, and communication. synchronous and/or asynchronous between (intra/extra) university actors, which limits the systematic and expeditious interaction between them. The main purpose of the article is to present the results obtained from the application of a pedagogical strategy, aimed at improving the aforementioned process through these technologies and in whose elaboration the functional structural systemic method was used.
