Ethical-economic training in educational managers

Abstract

In the formation of ethical-economic values, it has not yet reached the levels of efficiency related to the mode of action of educational directors, which shows insufficiencies in their professional performance. An educational project is presented for the formation of ethical-economic values ​​of the educational manager aimed at perfecting the modes of action of this professional. Methods such as observation, surveys, interviews, critical opinion workshops and collective elaboration, among others, were used. As a result, compliance with the efficiency indicators in the accounting area, the culture and the ethical-economic mode of action is favored.
