Orientation to teachers from training as a form of postgraduate improvement

Abstract

The school is a training institution; its teachers must maintain constant improvement, an aspect in which there are still insufficiencies that affect their educational work, and in turn in the learning problems and inappropriate behaviors of the students. This paper presents a synthesis on the systematization of theoretical and practical results of Training as a form of postgraduate improvement in Pedagogical Schools. Methods of analysis and synthesis, system approach and empirical methods and techniques were used around professional training on educational guidance, this perspective allowed reflection on various ways of solution.
