The quality of services from training courses to the population

Abstract

The quality of services constitutes a problem to be perfected in society, in response to this, Technical and Professional Education is in charge of developing training courses. This article proposes the design of a theoretical - methodological conception to raise the quality of services through training courses. With the use of methods such as observation, survey and documentary analysis, it was possible to determine the guiding ideas, relationships and contents, as well as the stages with their objectives, steps, actions and methodological orientations that allow organizing, planning, executing and controlling the courses to raise the quality of services.
