Scientific, technological and innovative transdisciplinary training

Abstract

The demands that society imposes warn the need to advance towards new university training courses, however, the predominance of a disciplinary and fragmented discourse is evident as problematic. The Transdisciplinary Dialectic Logic Dynamics Model that is provided uses the holistic dialectical theoretical method and aims at a new approach towards the training process of managers of science, technology and innovation projects. The results of its application are specified in a significant number of postgraduate courses offered to the educational, scientific and
business community in the province of Santiago de Cuba.
