Didactic itinerary model for the training of Geography teachers in Cuban Pedagogical Schools

Abstract

In Cuba, the didactic itineraries have been little systematized and approached from the theoretical and practical point of view. In this sense, a didactic itinerary model is proposed for the training of Geography teachers in Pedagogical Schools. Methods and techniques were applied such as: observation, interview, focus group and memos. This proposal contributed to development professional pedagogical skills, to systematize geographic knowledge and to assume appropriate behavioral norms. Which coincides with the budgets of Education for Sustainable Development.
