The knowledge the French Language in Tourism

Abstract

Tourism is one of the most important economic and cultural activities in the current and future development of Cuba. What is presented here is the result of qualitative research that applies methods and techniques with these characteristics, following a methodology. The references from outstanding authors in this topic were considered. The present research aims to expose the basic theoretical backgrounds and the premises necessary in the knowledge of the French language for a better performance of the workers in this sector.
