The supervision to the school organization of the basic secondary school: A model of his management

Abstract

A theoretic model of the supervision to the school organization of the basic secondary school is presented in order to explain the contents of the aforementioned process, in response to insufficiencies of the supervision to the school organization of the basic secondary school, that they limit the practical theoreticmethodological comprehensive view of such a process in the article. Analysis-synthesis, induction-deduction, modelation and the systemic structural functional were the methods carried out. New attributes that emerge from the dialectic relations of mutual conditioning that are produced between the subsystems and the components of that structure come to light in the model.
