The training of biology teachers: challenges and perspective from the orientation in the field practices

Abstract

From the challenges of education in the contemporary world, results of research experience in the orientation in the training of educators are presented, based on the potential that field practice has in the development of modes of professional action in students. The necessary considerations for professional orientation are specified, from the Zoology discipline in the training of Biology teachers, based on specific actions through which help relationships are introduced, that is, professional orientation.
